  1. Pan-fry 6 to 9 oz of pre-cooked/grilled frozen chicken using olive oil cooking spray. Warm until golden brown and heated through. 
  2. Weigh 2 oz of chicken and add to two La Banderita Carb Counter Snack flour tortillas.
  3. Add diced tomatoes, avocados, iceberg lettuce, and onions (optional).
  4. Sprinkle with shredded sharp cheddar cheese. 
  5. Complete with a dollop of non-fat greek yogurt.
